1 to 1 Counselling

Counselling is undertaken by qualified and understanding therapists in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

Life Coaching

Empowering clients by helping them meet and exceed goals both in their personal and professional lives.

Mindfulness Training

Helping clients to live in the present moment.

Family Counselling

Focuses on solving problems that prevent families from functioning in a healthy way.

Couples Counselling

Couples often enter into therapy when they encounter difficulties within their relationship. Counselling provides the time and space on neutral ground where by the couple can explore their difficulties with an experienced therapist who can assist them to understand the nature of the problem and can therefore bring about a positive resolution for both parties.

Therapist Supervision

I am a qualified Supervisor having trained at the Manchester Institute of Psychotherapy. I offer supervision for qualified therapists and although trained in person centred therapy I work with a variety of theoretical models and disciplines. I offer one to one supervision and have experience with group supervision.

First Responder

Providing psychological first aid in the event of trauma, e.g. Manchester bombing.

Bereavement Counselling

Bereavement therapy provides a safe space to explore often difficult emotions whilst feeling supported and understood. It helps one to understand the process of grief and enables one to gradually regain balance in ones life.

Young Persons Counselling

Young people often struggle with the challenges that adolescence may bring. Peer pressure, changing family dynamics, anger issues, responsibility for choices, sexuality, friendships or which path to take all add to the stress and anxiety for the young adult in training.

I have a vast experience working with young people within a school setting and also in private practice. Counselling has proven to be a beneficial and often life changing experience for the young person who is prepared to give it a go. My intention is not only to work with the presenting issues that are cause for concern but also to work on life skills, coping strategies and relaxation techniques.
