Counselling for Stress & Anxiety

Almost everyone experiences stress and anxiety from time to time.

A small amount of stress can motivate one, however prolonged intense stress can be damaging to ones physical and mental health.

Therapy can help one gain an understanding of the triggers that initiate the “flight or fight” response, underlying issues such as low self esteem, or perhaps lack of confidence can be explored and addressed. During the therapeutic process one learns how to deal with stress and anxiety in a healthy manageable way.
